Online Tour of Paris provides all the tourist information a visitor needs including maps, stores, metro information., landmarks and more. Available in both English and French.
Official Web page of the Louvre provides the history of the museum, virtual tours, some of the collection, access to the online shop.
The Chateaux of the Loire
The Loire Valley online is in both French and English (click on the flag to toggle between languages) and there is a search box to enter the name of the desired chateaux. There is some historical information and pictures of many of the chateaux.
